CSUP Student

This has been on my mind all day…Someone in the dorms committed suicide on Sunday. It makes me sad that people take this matter into their own hands. Life, to me, is so precious and I can’t imagine someone making the decision to end it before the time God has chosen for them. I don’t mean to come off as being insensitive but seriously there are so many other things worse than being an out of state college student, feeling lonely, out of place, struggling with grades and all that stress that comes with college. That loneliness is just a feeling, no one is ever truly alone. Tough times, they come and go. Crushes, friends, enemies, worries, they too, come and go. So no one should ever put to much importance on something that may just be temporary. 

This whole act sincerely angers me mainly because at one point I could have prevented one and it just brings emotions and memories rushing back. However, my condolences go out to his family and friends. I cannot imagine what they are going through right now.
